- No Barrel: Following one of the recent Black Ops 7 updates, most professionals stopped running a barrel on the M15 Mod 0, as it became largely redundant — even though you do give up some damage range.

Alternative Attachment Options
If you want to tailor the build to your own playstyle, the only attachment worth swapping out is the rear grip. You can replace it with the Hexcut Grip for a different mobility balance.
Another option is to free up that slot and run an Underbarrel instead. The best underbarrel choices are the Quickstep Grip or the EAM Steady-90 Grip. Both provide a movement speed bonus, but the EAM Steady-90 Grip also improves horizontal recoil control.
