Blizzard Entertainment has unveiled a new event called Azeroth Interiors. During the State of Azeroth broadcast, the company explained that it will be a design competition built around World of Warcraft’s in-game housing system.
The competition will run from February 17 to 24 and will be streamed live on YouTube and Twitch. Six duos of housing creators from around the world will take part. Each team will consist of one “Homeowner” and one “Builder,” who will work together to create the best interior design.
Competition stages:
- Stage 1 (February 17): Teams gather ideas and inspiration, presenting them as personalized Pinterest boards.
- Stage 2 (February 19–21): Teams bring their ideas to life directly in the game.
- Final (February 24): Blizzard and the judges will review the finished projects live on stream and determine the winner of Azeroth Interiors.
Blizzard Entertainment also revealed its official roadmap for World of Warcraft and its classic versions for 2026.
Classic Anniversary Edition will receive new raids in every phase and a new Arena season through fall 2026. Mists of Pandaria Classic will feature two phases, including the Siege of Orgrimmar raid in the summer of this year.
As a reminder, CCT Global Finals 2026 will conclude the season with a LAN event in Portugal, featuring a $75,000 prize pool and eight top teams competing for the title.
