The legendary map Cache, whose CS2 version was added to the Steam Workshop only a year ago, will be included in the official match pool on FACEIT. In a community poll where players chose the eighth map between Cache, Train, and Vertigo, Cache came out on top, receiving 148,840 votes.
It is also worth noting that this map can be disabled from matchmaking even without a Premium subscription, so players who do not enjoy it won’t be forced to play it.
Additionally, to play on this map, it must be downloaded from the official Steam Workshop; otherwise, the game will start downloading it upon joining the server, which may take an unpredictable amount of time depending on the computer.
As a reminder, FACEIT will add a new feature called “Premium Match Insights.”
