Microsoft is preparing another Xbox Game Pass catalog refresh. On October 15, nine games will be removed from the subscription service, including several notable releases.
The biggest loss will be Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, which became the standout game of 2025 and one of the most awarded releases in the history of the industry.
The lineup also includes the dramatic action game A Plague Tale: Requiem and the unconventional survival simulator Pacific Drive.
The following games will leave Xbox Game Pass on October 15:
- Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
- A Plague Tale: Requiem
- The Casting of Frank Stone
- Evil West
- Pacific Drive
- Crime Scene Cleaner
- Donut County
- Nova Roma, Game Preview version for PC
- Superball
Subscribers still have time to play these games through Game Pass or purchase them from the Xbox Store with the standard subscriber discount of at least 20%. Purchased games will remain in their libraries permanently.
