Remedy Entertainment has shared the first PC requirements for Control: Resonant. The studio also confirmed that a more detailed breakdown of performance targets and graphics settings will be revealed closer to launch.
The minimum specifications call for a GTX 1070 or Radeon RX 5600 XT, 16 GB of RAM, and 100 GB of SSD storage. Compared to the original Control, the sequel requires twice as much memory and more than double the storage space.
For the recommended setup, Remedy lists an RTX 3070 or Radeon RX 6700 XT alongside a Ryzen 7 3700X or a comparable Intel processor. The RAM requirement remains at 16 GB.
The developer noted that these specifications do not yet account for 4K gaming with ray tracing and maximum graphical settings. More information about optimization features and performance targets will be shared before release.
Control: Resonant launches on September 24 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. Pre-orders are already available.
«We will reveal additional information about the PC version closer to launch, including a detailed breakdown of performance targets», — Remedy Entertainment stated.
