Kojima Productions has announced that the Death Stranding series has surpassed 27 million players worldwide.
The figure includes more than just game sales. It also counts players who purchased the game, accessed it through subscription services, or claimed a free copy via the Epic Games Store.
Previously, as of March 31, 2025, the original Death Stranding had already surpassed 20 million players.
