Dota 2 to Be Featured at the Esports Nations Cup 2026

The Esports World Cup Foundation has announced that Dota 2 has become the third confirmed discipline for the debut Esports Nations Cup 2026 tournament. The information was published on the company’s social media channels.

Valve’s MOBA will be one of 16 games featured at this international esports event. The tournament will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from November 2 to 8.

The prize pool is expected to amount to $1.5 million.

The Dota 2 championship at ENC will feature 32 national teams. The format includes a round-robin group stage followed by a single-elimination playoff bracket, leaving no room for error.

Direct invitations will be determined using the National Team Ranking. Another 14 teams will qualify through online qualifiers held across eight regions from June 16 to July 5.
