EA Sports FC Tournament to Be Held at Esports Nations Cup 2026

EA Sports FC has been officially confirmed as one of the disciplines at the first-ever Esports Nations Cup, which will take place in November 2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The tournament will feature a $600,000 prize pool.

Out of 128 participants, 64 players will qualify through direct invitations, 56 through regional qualifiers, and eight via a wildcard tournament. Direct invitations will be determined by the official EA SPORTS FC Pro World Rankings, with invitations limited to one player per country to ensure broad global representation.

The deadline for determining direct invitations through the EA SPORTS FC Pro World Rankings is July 26.

Regional qualifiers will take place from July 27 to August 2. They will be held across Africa, North Asia, South Asia, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Northern Latin America, Southern Latin America, North America, Oceania, and the Middle East.

The tournament will begin with 16 groups of eight players competing in a round-robin format, with all matches played in a best-of-three (first to two wins) format. The top 64 players from the group stage will advance to the single-elimination playoffs.

As a reminder, all participants of BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026 have been determined.
