Esports organization ENVY has officially announced its return to Counter-Strike 2. An announcement regarding the signing of the main French 3DMAX roster was posted on the club's X social media page.
The updated ENVY roster includes:
- Lucas "Lucky" Chastang
- Bryan "Maka" Canda
- Filip "Graviti" Brankovic
- Kévin "misutaaa" Rabier
- Jérémy "Kursy" Gast
Notably, the team's transition took place without their head coach. Damien "wasiNk" Dufour, who had been leading the squad since February 2026, was not part of the deal.
The five players had competed under the 3DMAX banner for the past three years. The formation of the team's core began in November 2023, and the roster took its final shape in the summer of this year.
For ENVY, this event marks a return to Counter-Strike after a nearly five-year hiatus. The club's previous lineup consisted of Noah "Nifty" Francis, Nikola "LEGIJA" Ninić, Thomas "Thomas" Utting, Buğra "Calyx" Arkın, and Michał "MICHU" Müller, while Jakub "kuben" Gurczyński served as the team's coach.
The French squad concluded their stint with their previous organization with a victory. On September 23, 2026, the team won the Logitech G Play Connect 2026 tournament. In the grand final, the players defeated Luminosity Gaming with a score of 3:2, securing the championship title and $40,000 in prize money.
