Japanese animation studio TRIGGER and streaming service Netflix have unveiled the debut teaser trailer for the upcoming anime series Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2.
The official video offers the first look at the new cast of characters in action, including Vic Kingsley, Dee, Roman Karax, and Talia Young. The action sequences are accompanied by the original track "You Can't Run From Me" performed by Rico Nasty.
The project will tell a new standalone story consisting of 10 episodes. The events take place in the universe of the tabletop role-playing game by R. Talsorian Games and the video game Cyberpunk 2077 by CD PROJEKT RED. The story is described as a harsh chronicle of redemption and revenge in a city fueled by violence and spectacle.
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 is scheduled to premiere on Netflix in the fall of 2026.
