Following the theatrical release of the live-action Masters of the Universe movie, Epic Games has officially announced a crossover between Fortnite and the iconic Masters of the Universe universe. The collaboration will arrive in the in-game Item Shop on June 6.
The crossover will introduce He-Man, Skeletor, and She-Ra as playable skins. The announcement trailer also recreates one of the franchise’s most famous memes.
Epic Games confirmed the release date and stated:
«Prepare to channel the Power of Grayskull as He-Man, Skeletor, and She-Ra make their Fortnite debut».
The company has not yet revealed the full contents of the bundle. Based on the first look, the collaboration appears to draw heavily from the classic animated series, potentially bringing additional characters, emotes, pickaxes, and other cosmetics inspired by Eternia.
More details about the bundle are expected to be revealed closer to its launch.
