How to Find Skeleton Keys in Fortnite
To obtain a Skeleton Key, search the graveyard in Nightmare Neighborhood. Look for stone crypts positioned along both sides of the burial ground and use your Pickaxe to dig up the buried chests inside them.
These hidden containers can contain Skeleton Keys, and players can potentially collect two of them in a single visit. Since the item is exclusive to Fortnitemares, make sure to search the graveyard while the event is active.
Where to Use the Skeleton Key and Which Door Offers the Best Rewards
After collecting a key, leave the graveyard and travel north until you reach a mansion. Enter the building, take the first doorway on your left, and follow the stairs down to the basement. There, you will discover three locked doors, each associated with a different reward:
- First door: A single Small Shield Potion.
- Second door: Two standard Chests.
- Third door: Two Rare Chests.
The third door is the most appealing option on paper, as Rare Chests can provide more valuable loot than ordinary ones. However, the rewards may vary between runs, so it is worth checking the available information before spending your key.
