PUBG Mobile, in collaboration with the esports organization G2 Esports, has announced the launch of a new partnership program aimed at developing the mobile esports ecosystem in the region. German content creator Janička Gaming has become the first official ambassador of the initiative in Western Europe.
In her new role, Janička will act as a bridge between everyday players and professional esports. She will continue to create her usual entertaining content but will seamlessly integrate educational materials: short videos explaining tournament mechanics, watch parties, and special broadcasts. The main goal is to make the complex competitive ecosystem understandable and engaging for regular gamers.
The official partnership provides the creator with significant resources for growth. G2 and PUBG Mobile will provide:
- Access to professional analytics to optimize videos and livestreams.
- Assistance in developing a long-term content strategy.
- In-game currency (UC) and giveaways for her audience.
Despite working closely with major brands, Janička emphasizes that she retains complete creative freedom. The partners do not impose strict limitations on her, allowing her to remain authentic to her audience.
A specific focus of the program is centered on attracting young talents to open tournaments such as PMCO. According to the ambassador, the main obstacle for strong amateurs is a lack of information and self-confidence, as many mistakenly believe that tournaments are meant exclusively for elite players.
The developers' investment directly in content creators, rather than solely funding professional teams, is a deliberate strategic move. This approach allows them to more effectively reach the casual audience, overcome the psychological barriers of newcomers, and draw "undiscovered champions" into official competitions.
