Czech Games has announced the development of a comprehensive board game based on Warhorse Studios' acclaimed RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Pre-orders are now open, with shipping expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027.
Set in medieval Bohemia, the board game places players in the role of ordinary commoners who are free to forge their own paths through the world. At the start of each campaign, players determine the overarching storylines for three cities, with their decisions directly influencing how those narratives unfold. In addition to the main campaign, the game features numerous side quests for gathering resources and earning experience, aiming to recreate the open-world feel of the video game.
The gameplay centers around a deck-building system used to overcome various skill checks. Players can customize their equipment and specialize in different character abilities, including:
- Hunting
- Combat
- Stealth and Thievery
A single playthrough lasts around 90 minutes in solo mode and can extend to up to six hours with the maximum of four players. The base edition is priced at $199.99.
