According to a joint study conducted by Shikenso and MOONTON Games, the M7 World Championship generated approximately $186 million in brand value. This marks a 37.7% increase compared to the previous M6 World Championship.
The analysis revealed that just four key commercial assets at M7 accounted for 71.7% of the tournament’s total brand value, highlighting the effectiveness of large-scale and carefully planned sponsorship integrations in esports.
One of the standout features of M7 World Championship was its new approach to partner visibility. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang moved beyond traditional logo placements on broadcasts by integrating partner branding directly into the in-game map during matches.
The tournament’s success was the result of long-term cooperation between MOONTON Games and Shikenso. By using intelligent data analysis, the companies were able to optimize sponsorship activations throughout the entire event cycle. As a result, total brand value increased from $135.39 million at M6 World Championship to $186.47 million at M7 World Championship.
