Mojang has revealed the name and details of Minecraft's third Game Drop of 2026, officially titled Wilderness Bound. The update will introduce the new Dappled Forest biome, featuring tall Poplar trees with red, orange, and yellow foliage, as well as Red Shrubs and Shelf Mushrooms that can be used for parkour.
Players will also discover Abandoned Camps across existing biomes. These locations can contain tents, Chests, and Barrels filled with loot such as wheat, bread, leather, axes, arrows, and maps.
The update will make wilderness exploration more convenient with Straw Beds, which let players skip the night without changing their respawn point. They can be found at Abandoned Camps or crafted using three Hay Bales.
Wilderness Bound will also add cushions for building furniture, a new gray wood set made from Poplar trees, Wool Stairs and Slabs, and Concrete Stairs and Slabs in different colors.
Mojang has not announced an exact release date yet, but Minecraft 26.3 is expected to arrive around mid September.
As a Remidner, Neymar has played more than 11 000 hours of Counter-Strike.
