Saudi Arabia acquires full ownership of Evo fighting tournament series
- RTS, a company owned by the Saudi mega-project Qiddiya City, has officially completed the acquisition of all ownership stakes in Evolution Championship Series (Evo). As a result, Sony Interactive Entertainment and Indian company NODWIN Gaming have fully exited the list of owners.
Sony shuts down Bluepoint Games — developers of Demon’s Souls remake and Uncharted trilogy
- Sony has announced the closure of Bluepoint Games. The decision was made following a “recent business review” and comes amid broader cost-cutting measures across the gaming industry. Bluepoint Games is known for its remake of Demon's Souls and work related to the Uncharted trilogy.
NAVI eliminated from their “home” tournament
- Today, Natus Vincere finished their run at the Romanian tournament PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026, losing to MOUZ in the quarterfinals with a 1–2 scoreline. The German organization started the series stronger, but NAVI managed to mount a comeback and take the first map. However, the Ukrainian club failed to secure more than ten rounds across the next two maps, ending their campaign in the quarterfinals.
