Major US retailer Micro Center has updated the availability status of GeForce RTX 5090 graphics cards on its official website. Multiple models from leading brands—ASUS, MSI, GIGABYTE, and ZOTAC—are now listed as "NOT CARRIED" instead of the usual "OUT OF STOCK."
This status change at Micro Center follows months of declining RTX 5090 availability and sharp price increases:
- Shortages in Europe: According to tech publication ComputerBase, only a limited number of German retailers still have these graphics cards in stock, with retail prices starting at €5,999.
- No Official Confirmation: Despite product listing changes and persistent End of Life (EOL) rumors regarding the GPU, NVIDIA has not yet officially confirmed the discontinuation of the RTX 5090.
German media outlets Hardwareluxx and ComputerBase have reached out to NVIDIA for official clarification, but the company has not yet issued a response.
As a reminder: The IESF presented its global esports governance strategy at the Seoul Olympic Legacy Forum 2026.
