October 15 could be the next major date for a GTA 6 announcement. This expectation is based on Rockstar's recent pattern of releasing major updates on Thursdays. Following the game's extended look on August 27, the studio continued sharing significant announcements on Thursdays, including the GTA 6-themed DualSense controller and, most recently, a preview of the game's radio stations.
On October 8, Rockstar revealed details about six radio stations and their hosts. The lineup features contemporary Latin music, country, African music, classic metal, pop, and Southern rap and hip-hop. The studio also discussed on-demand podcasts and how music will complement players' exploration of Leonida.
