The esports organization PT Sports has released its official stance following the high-profile scandal and the team's removal from the Esports World Cup 2026 Dota 2 tournament.
The club's management fully condemned any manipulation of match results and declared they had no involvement in the potential violations.
The organization's management emphasized that they were unaware of and did not participate in the alleged match-fixing. PT Sports assures that they maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any actions that compromise fair play. The situation has caused a stir in the community, as one of the suspended individuals involved in the case — Vintage — held the position of the club's sporting director.
Currently, the organization has fully supported the decision of the Esports World Cup administration and canceled its scheduled match. The club has launched an internal investigation, suspending the suspected individuals from their duties, and is ensuring full transparency in its cooperation with the tournament organizers.
PlayTime management apologized to the EWC organizers, opponents, and fans. If the official ESIC investigation proves the guilt of player DarkMago and sporting director Vintage, the organization promises to immediately terminate their contracts and forward the information to the appropriate governing bodies. Until the investigation is complete, the club will refrain from further comment.
Reminder: Forza Horizon 6 has received a massive Series 3 update and a new Italian car pack.
