Danish esports organization Astralis has announced the departure of head coach Kasper 'ruggah' Due from its CS2 roster. The information was shared through the club's social media channels.
The decision follows the team's disappointing performance at the IEM Cologne Major 2026, where Astralis failed to advance beyond Stage 2 of the tournament.
The 37-year-old Danish coach took charge of the team at the beginning of 2024 and oversaw its transition to an international lineup. The project initially showed promising results, including a third-place finish at the Pro League and a runner-up finish at PGL Bucharest. However, the team's form declined in the following months.
Astralis have not yet announced who will replace ruggah as head coach.
As a reminder, NAVI have learned their first opponent in the European qualifier for The International 2026.
