The 13–14 June edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans took place, featuring the LMGT3 class team Heart of Racing Team, which included Grey Newell, the eldest son of Valve CEO Gabe Newell.
The Heart of Racing Team finished the race in third place in the LMGT3 class. Newell competed alongside Johnny Adam and Eduardo Barrichello, driving an Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT3 Evo.
This year’s overall winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans was Toyota Racing.
The 24 Hours of Le Mans is one of the oldest and most prestigious endurance racing events in the world. First held in 1923 and run annually since 1949, the race requires each car to be driven by a team of three drivers who rotate every two to four hours in an attempt to cover the greatest possible distance within 24 hours.
As a reminder, Electronic Arts has launched a new EA Advertising division for large-scale in-game advertising integration.
