Esports organization Team Heretics has announced a multi-year partnership with Swiss startup Maysun, which specializes in health and performance. The goal of the collaboration is to introduce a professional medical infrastructure into the competitive process.
The agreement aims to shift the focus from short-term results to sustainable long-term excellence, providing players with structured support in both mental and physical preparation.
The partnership will introduce a science-based performance system across all rosters of the Spanish organization. It will cover key areas such as prevention, recovery, and long-term athlete development. The system will also include “return-to-play” protocols, similar to those used in traditional professional sports, to manage player injuries and prevent burnout.
In addition, the collaboration will extend to educational initiatives and community events designed to promote healthy training habits among the next generation of players.
Maysun is a Swiss startup focused on improving healthcare standards in professional gaming.
