The Blood of Dawnwalker is the debut title from Polish developer Rebel Wolves, a studio unveiled in 2022. Since then, the team has secured funding from NetEase and partnered with Bandai Namco to publish the game.
Built with Unreal Engine 5, the open world dark fantasy RPG takes players to a supernatural version of 14th century Europe during the chaos of war and the Black Death. Players take on the role of Coen, a Dawnwalker caught between humanity and vampirism, giving him unique strengths and weaknesses from both sides.
Coen has thirty days to rescue his family, but the way players accomplish that objective is entirely up to them. Their decisions, discoveries, and alliances shape the journey. Rather than following a traditional structure of main and side quests, the game revolves around a single central objective, allowing players to tackle it however they choose.
