The group stage of BLAST Rivals Season 1 2026 came to an end quite quickly, and the first teams have already been eliminated from the tournament — namely FURIA Esports and FUT Esports.
FUT lost their match against Astralis, which was not surprising, as the team is playing with their coach and likely did not place much importance on this tournament. Therefore, their elimination was largely expected.
FURIA Esports, on the other hand, delivered a rather predictable performance. With GamerLegion and FaZe Clan in their group as the main candidates for last place, no one expected FURIA to end up there. Since the announcement of FalleN’s retirement, the team has been unable to win a single BO3, and they have now exited the tournament as well.
Meanwhile, Natus Vincere and Team Vitality secured victories in their matches against GamerLegion and G2 Esports, which guaranteed them spots in the semifinals.
Results:
- Team Vitality 2:0 G2 Esports — Vitality start in the semifinals, while G2 begin in the quarterfinals.
- Astralis 2:0 FUT Esports — FUT are eliminated from the tournament, Astralis advance to the quarterfinals.
- FaZe Clan 2:1 FURIA Esports — FURIA are eliminated from the tournament, FaZe advance to the quarterfinals.
- Natus Vincere 2:0 GamerLegion — NAVI start in the semifinals, while GamerLegion begin in the quarterfinals.
