Gaming festival Gamescom has announced a broad lineup of esports tournaments that will be featured at this year's Gamescom LAN event. The event will take place on March 20–22.
A total of 14 tournaments across various disciplines are planned. The competitions are divided into two tiers:
- Tier 1: Total prize pool of €46,750.
- Tier 2: Includes eight competitions with a combined prize pool of €3,500.
The headline Tier 1 events will be a VALORANT tournament (organized by Project V) and a Counter-Strike 2 competition led by the organization BIG.
Also featured in the Tier 1 lineup:
- League of Legends
- Call of Duty
- Trackmania
- Rainbow Six Siege (as part of the EML Challenger Circuit)
The Tier 2 tournaments include:
- Battlefield: REDSEC
- Call of Duty: Warzone
- Age of Empires II
- A solo Fortnite tournament
As a reminder, NaVi won the Ukrainian derby, while B8 sensationally defeated FURIA.
