Valve has released a new update for Counter-Strike 2. The main highlight is the Dead Hand collection. It includes 17 weapon skins and 22 completely new gloves. These are the first fully new gloves in CS2 in a long time, as the previous ones were added back during the CS:GO era.
Dead Hand items can be obtained through special terminals available as a weekly drop.
In addition to the new collection, the update also brought several technical fixes: a pixel gap in the doors on Dust II (Outside Long) has been fixed, and the Alpine map from the Community Workshop has been updated. However, the change that caught the most attention from players was the box on mid on Dust2, which was reverted to its old version just a few hours later. It is still unknown whether this was a mistake on VALVE’s part.
