Personal data refers to information or a combination of information about an individual that is identified or can be specifically identified. Visitors may be asked to provide personal data on the Site. After entering their personal data on the Site, it is considered that the visitor has given consent to the Internet Media "Players" to process their personal data. Internet Media "Players" may store information about the visitor's connections, traffic, date, and duration of the visitor's session on the Site.

We are not responsible for lost profits, loss of data, or any other damages incurred by Site visitors as a result of using the Site. Site visitors use the Site at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Internet Media Players nor any other party involved in the creation, production, or servicing of the Site shall be liable for direct, indirect, or accidental damages, whether caused by visitor access to the Site, use of the Site, or reliance on it, even if visitors have been warned of the possibility of such damages and losses.
We do not guarantee or assert that the use of the material provided on the Site will not harm the interests of third parties.
All rights to the content of the Site belong to Internet Media Players or are used with the consent of the copyright owners. This site as a whole and its individual elements are protected by the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights," other acts of current Ukrainian legislation, and international treaties.
Visitors must comply with all copyright and ownership notices for downloaded and/or copied materials. Copied information must include an active hyperlink to the Site.
Copying information from the Site may be done for non-commercial purposes for posting on visitor pages, blogs, social networks, and other similar purposes.
When working with the Site, visitors are not granted rights to intellectual property, either to the Site itself, its content, or the use of any branding elements or logos of the Site.
