NAVI and B8 have officially accepted invitations to BLAST Open Rotterdam, one of the key tournaments of the spring CS2 season. Ninjas in Pyjamas will also take part in the event; the team features two Ukrainian players and secured their spot through qualification. As a result, several iconic organizations, including two Ukrainian teams, will compete at the tournament.
BLAST Open Rotterdam will take place from March 18 to March 29, 2026. The final stage of the tournament will be held as a LAN event at the Ahoy Arena in Rotterdam, marking the first major CS event organized by BLAST to be hosted in the Netherlands. The prize pool amounts to $1,100,000, part of which will be distributed directly to the teams as prize money, while the remainder will go into the club revenue pool.
A total of 16 teams will compete in the tournament. Most of the participants received direct invitations based on the Valve ranking, while several slots were awarded through qualifiers. The group stage will be played in a studio format, after which the best teams will advance to the playoffs on the main stage in front of a live audience.
For NAVI and B8, this tournament will be an important test against the world’s top teams, as well as an opportunity to strengthen their positions in the international rankings. BLAST Open Rotterdam is expected to become one of the key events of the season and attract significant attention from Counter-Strike fans around the world.
