Central Coast Studios (CCS) has announced an ambitious plan to build a large-scale technology and media hub on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia. The project is expected to cost $260 million.

CCS aims to combine film production, gaming, and esports into a single ecosystem and position Australia as a global player in the digital content industry.

The hub will include a modern esports arena, high-tech film and television studios, and virtual production facilities. The site will also feature a hotel and residential spaces designed to accommodate film crews, esports players, and technical staff. In addition, the complex will provide dedicated areas for video game development and innovative media technologies.

The project is expected to create thousands of jobs during construction and more than 500 permanent positions after launch. Officials believe the hub will stimulate the regional economy and attract international investment.
