It is located in the Ito region and comes with the Credit Stunts perk, rewarding players with an additional 10% Credits during Horizon Stunt Party Events.

Hakusan Mountain Lodge becomes available after the third Discover Japan stamp. It costs 635k Credits.
The property is located in Sotoyama and includes two perks: Additional Garage Slot and Cool Credits. The latter grants an extra 10% Credits during Horizon Life Events.

Fuji Unkai House unlocks after earning the fifth Discover Japan stamp and costs 830k Credits.
Located in the Shimanoyama region, it grants the Career Driver perk, which increases Credit rewards from Horizon jobs by 10%.

Soko 78 becomes available after the sixth Discover Japan stamp and costs 980k Credits.
The house is located in Tokyo City and includes the Import/Export perk, reducing Autoshow car prices by 5%.

Vision House unlocks after the seventh Discover Japan stamp and costs 1.5 million Credits.
Located in Ohtani, it grants both the Additional Garage Slot and Driving With Friends perks. The latter increases skill score gains by 10% while performing LINK Skills.
