The Finnish organization ENCE, following the disbandment of its main roster, has announced that it has promoted its academy lineup to the main team. At the moment, this roster has not delivered strong results, currently ranking 114th in the HLTV rankings and 131st in the Valve rankings.
This move appears to be an attempt to reboot the project with a new vision — particularly focusing on developing local talent and returning to Finnish roots. It’s a rather risky, yet interesting decision, considering ENCE’s history as one of the most successful esports organizations in Finland.
