Epic Games Store has released its 2025 report, highlighting record user numbers and strong growth in third-party game spending, alongside a roadmap for 2026.

Revenue and player activity
$1.16 billion spent by PC players (+6%)
$400 million spent on third-party PC games (+57%)
6.65 billion hours of total playtime
2.78 billion hours spent in third-party titles (+4%)
35% of third-party playtime in games using custom payment systems
«Developers receive 100 percent of payments in their games, which means these record figures do not include several major live-service titles such as Marvel Rivals, Valorant and GTA V, as well as premium releases like EA SPORTS FC™ 26», — Epic Games said.
