FaZe Clan have removed NEO as the head coach of their Counter-Strike 2 roster.

The legendary Pole, who even won a Major during his career, left FaZe Clan today, a team he had been coaching since 2023. In fact, the squad even had its own small era, frequently reaching tournament finals during the period when all players were transitioning to Counter-Strike 2.

However, considering the team’s recent results, particularly in 2026, they finished near the bottom in almost every tournament:

  • BLAST Bounty Season 1 2026 — 17–32nd place
  • IEM Krakow 2026 — 9–12th place
  • PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 — 12–14th place
  • ESL Pro League Season 23 Stage 2 — 12–14th place

His position will temporarily be taken by analyst Gruby, as the team did not manage to find a replacement before the start of BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026.
