Esports studio Maincast reported that former professional Dota 2 player Vitalii “dubas” Lukhtan was killed on the front lines while defending Ukraine. He served in the 71st Separate Airmobile Brigade.
Dubas began his career during the early days of the professional Dota scene. Over the years, he played for several teams, including HellRaisers.
He is remembered as part of the first generation of Ukrainian Dota players who helped shape the competitive scene.
