Following its full release, Forza Horizon 6 continues to gain massive popularity on Steam. The racing game has already reached a peak of more than 273,000 concurrent players, setting a new all-time record for the Forza Horizon franchise on Valve’s platform.
Even during Premium Edition early access, the game had already surpassed the peak concurrent player numbers of previous entries in the series. Now, Forza Horizon 6 has exceeded the combined Steam peaks of both Forza Horizon 4 and Forza Horizon 5.
For comparison, Forza Horizon 4 reached a peak of 75,689 concurrent players, while Forza Horizon 5 peaked at 81,096, according to SteamDB. These numbers only include Steam users and do not account for players using the Microsoft Store, Xbox Store, or PC Game Pass, meaning the actual player base is likely much higher.
Players have also praised the game’s technical state, with reports noting that it scales well across both low-end and high-end gaming PCs.
At the moment, Forza Horizon 6 holds a “Very Positive” rating on Steam. Around 80% of user reviews are currently positive.
