The French Tennis Federation has announced the launch of the Roland-Garros eSeries 2026, one of the world’s largest tennis esports competitions.
The tournament is held exclusively in the mobile game Tennis Clash, developed by Wildlife Studios.
FFT has officially extended its partnership with the studio until 2030.
The game has more than 5 million monthly active users, and the federation considers it a key tool for attracting a younger digital audience that may not follow traditional tennis.
Open qualifiers have already begun. Players compete for a place in the final, which will feature 8 participants, using smartphones or tablets.
The final stage will take place on May 23, 2026, live in front of an audience at Roland‑Garros Stadium in Paris. The top two finalists will share a prize pool of €5,000.
FFT also confirmed that Renault will return as the title partner, while Mastercard remains an official partner. Both brands are long-time partners of the traditional Roland‑Garros tournament.
