11 bit studios has officially unveiled a new expansion titled Breach of Trust for Frostpunk 2, marking the second paid DLC for the city-building survival title.
The expansion is scheduled to launch on June 23, 2026, across PS5, Xbox Series, and PC. PC players can already pre-order it for 285 UAH.
The story will take players to New Edinburgh, a city facing destruction due to a volcanic eruption. Alongside a fresh narrative, the DLC introduces five factions and communities, new environmental threats, additional story events, and expanded gameplay mechanics. It also brings five new buildings and hubs, an independent colony, two scenarios, and extra laws.
Additionally, the developers confirmed that the original Frostpunk will soon arrive on Nintendo Switch, though a release date has yet to be announced.
As a Reminder, The Legend of Zelda movie is being filmed in the same locations as The Lord of the Rings trilogy.
