Krafton has published the roadmap for PUBG esports tournaments in 2026. The company plans to increase both the number of matches and prize pools across the competitive scene.

Four PUBG Global Series (PGS) tournaments are scheduled for this year, along with two regional series and several global events, including PUBG Nations Cup 2026, Esports World Cup 2026, and PUBG Global Championship 2026.

Each PGS tournament will feature 24 teams: 12 global partner teams and 12 squads qualified through regional competitions. Each championship will last three weeks and offer a prize pool of $500,000.

PUBG Global Championship 2026 will include the top eight teams based on PGS points, as well as 24 teams from regional series.

Krafton has allocated $1 million to support partner teams, with an additional $130,000 dedicated to regional tournaments. This year, the company also plans to revamp the Pick’Em Challenge, introduce new fantasy events, and add an esports pass.

Earlier, it was announced that an EA Sports FC tournament will be held at Esports Nations Cup 2026.
