NetEase Games has revealed the first details about in-game esports bundles for teams partnered with this year’s Marvel Rivals Ignite. The shooter will introduce special bundles for the character Deadpool, which fans will be able to purchase in late March.
These partner team bundles will become the first esports-focused cosmetic items in Marvel Rivals. A portion of the revenue from sales will be distributed among participating organizations as part of a revenue-sharing initiative.
According to NetEase Games, the program is designed to support the “healthy development” of the Marvel Rivals esports ecosystem.
As a reminder, the VCT EMEA Stage 2 final will be held in Barcelona.
