Esports publisher MOONTON GAMES has launched a massive employee reward campaign. Starting October 16, the company is distributing 24-karat pure gold bracelets to celebrate the 10th anniversary of its flagship game, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.

Each 5-gram gift is valued at approximately $885. The bracelets are custom-made by the renowned jewelry brand Chow Tai Fook. Their design features exclusive MLBB-themed elements, including portraits of iconic game heroes and 10th-anniversary logos.

The company is fulfilling a promise made during its annual meeting in January 2026 and will reward over 2,000 individuals. Absolutely all specialists employed by MOONTON GAMES as of January 30, including interns and those who have since left the company, are eligible to receive a gold bracelet. The distribution of gifts does not depend on position or individual performance metrics. The total weight of the distributed gold will be about 10 kilograms.

This gesture reflects a general trend in the Asian market. In early 2026, at least 22 Chinese gaming companies also rewarded their teams with gold. The use of high-value physical bonuses is becoming a popular tool to boost morale and retain specialists in the fierce competition for talent in the gaming industry.

As a Reminder, Esports organization M80 officially leaves VALORANT
