PlayTime defeated BB Team in the second round of the lower bracket at DreamLeague Season 29 in Dota 2. As a result, the team secured at least 2200 EPT points from the tournament, guaranteeing them a place in the top 13 of the ESL Pro Tour Season 2025/2026 standings and a direct invitation to Esports World Cup 2026.

For Natus Vincere, it was crucial that PlayTime lost their previous match. In that scenario, the direct invite would have gone to NAVI instead. Now, the Born to Win squad will have to compete in the regional qualifiers to secure a spot at EWC 2026.

The Esports World Cup 2026 for Dota 2 will take place from July 6 to July 18, featuring a $2 million prize pool.

As a reminder, Team Falcons became the first finalists of CAC 2026 after defeating MOUZ.
