Well known insider Nate the Hate has shared his expectations regarding the future of Nintendo Switch 2. According to him, 2026 could bring a noticeable increase in third party ports arriving on Nintendo’s new console, including Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.

One of the main selling points of Switch 2 is expected to be its improved hardware, which should finally allow third party studios to bring their latest games to a Nintendo system with fewer limitations. While the flow of such releases has been slower than early adopters anticipated, that pace is likely to accelerate later this year.

Sandfall Interactive previously confirmed that it was exploring the possibility of bringing Expedition 33 to Switch 2. It now appears the studio may be making solid progress. During a predictions podcast focused on 2026, Nate the Hate listed Clair Obscur first among the third party titles he expects to see on Switch 2 before the end of the year.

«We are going to see a lot more ports come to the Switch 2 in 2026. From a variety of franchises, and some of the ports that I am aware of won’t surprise people. Titles like Expedition 33 will be coming to Switch 2 in 2026», — Nate said.

As a reminder, ARC Raiders receives official Ukrainian localization with new update.
