Pearl Abyss has shared a brief roadmap outlining upcoming Crimson Desert updates scheduled between April and June.
One of the main additions will be difficulty levels. Players will be able to choose between easy, normal, and hard modes to better tailor the experience. The game will also introduce a boss replay feature. After defeating an enemy, players will be able to summon them again to test their progress, improve skills, or experiment with new combat strategies.

Another feature, called "reblockading", will allow enemies to retake locations previously cleared by the player. This will encourage players to revisit areas and restore control for the Greymanes faction. The developers also teased new combat-focused content, though details remain undisclosed. Based on community feedback, characters Damiane and Oongka will receive abilities similar to Force Palm and Axiom Force. An option to hide the main character’s back-mounted weapon will also be added.
Quality of life improvements include separate storage for different item categories such as food, clothing, resources, and collectibles, including quest items and recipes. In addition, new mounts, companions, and armor for them are planned.
The team is also addressing control-related feedback. Expanded keybinding options and more flexible gamepad customization are in development. Improvements to the map interface, inventory, and housing system are also on the way.

As a Reminder, New gameplay footage of the canceled Prince of Persia The Sands of Time Remake appears online.
