Riot Games has prepared a special gift for a gamer couple celebrating their wedding this weekend. The couple’s story began nearly 12 years ago in the popular esports title League of Legends, according to reporting from Sheep Esports.
The company sent the soon-to-be newlyweds, known as Kaigaa#EUW and Lyriels#EUW, a custom commemorative plaque featuring the map of Summoner’s Rift. The central message reads “We met here,” along with the exact date when the couple first added each other as friends in-game.
The gift also includes a congratulatory card inspired by the champion duo Xayah and Rakan, known for their unique shared recall mechanic.
“Magic is in the heart. Magic is in the rhythm. We hope your hearts will dance in the same rhythm, just like their recall,” the message from Riot Games reads.
As a reminder, a new trailer has been released for the Cost of Hope expansion for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2.
