SEGA has announced the first Closed Network Test for Crazy Taxi: World Tour, with registration now open ahead of the event running from September 11 to September 13 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Participants will be able to try two multiplayer modes, six tracks, nine drivers, four vehicles, global matchmaking, and a wide range of customization options. The test will not include the single-player mode, and progress made during the event will not carry over to the full release.

The Pickup Race mode lets up to six players compete to deliver as many passengers as possible before time runs out, while Cops 'n' Cabbies splits players into two rival teams.
Applications are available until August 31, with only a limited number of players expected to receive invitations in early September.
SEGA also released a new trailer highlighting the game's West Coast map.
«Buckle up and enjoy all the sights that the West Coast has to offer. From sandy beaches to beautiful hilltops, there's no better way to explore than by taxi. Explore the West Coast today!»
