Sony Significantly Raises Prices for PS5 and PlayStation Portal

In an official PlayStation blog post, Sony announced that due to “ongoing pressure in the global economic landscape,” the company has decided to increase prices for the PlayStation 5, PS5 Pro, and PlayStation Portal worldwide. The changes will take effect on April 2, 2026.

The price increase will affect all regions and all hardware within the PS5 and PlayStation Portal lineups.
