Steam has kicked off the PvE Survival Crafting Fest 2026, a themed event focused on survival, exploration, crafting and building games without an emphasis on competitive multiplayer. The festival will run until September 7.
As part of the event, Valve is offering discounts of up to 90% on popular survival titles, along with numerous demos that let players try games before buying them.
• The Alters — 50%
• Project Zomboid — 33%
• Green Hell — 90%
• Palworld — 30%
• Terraria — 50%
• Raft — 33%
• Enshrouded — 25%
• Sons Of The Forest — 70%
• 7 Days to Die — 45%
• ARK: Survival Evolved — 34%
• DayZ — 50%

Valve has also released a humorous festival trailer hosted by Kaci Aitchison. It gives players a quick look at some of the featured games, including both major hits and lesser-known titles.
One particularly interesting pick is Project Zomboid, which recently received its stable 42.20.0 update. The update introduced major changes, including an overhauled map, expanded crafting features and multiplayer improvements.
Other notable games featured in the event include Astroneer, where players explore alien worlds, reshape terrain, build bases and gradually automate their operations. Craftopia, created by the developers of Palworld, combines farming, automation, dungeon crawling, hack-and-slash combat and extensive base building. Meanwhile, Len's Island offers a more relaxed experience with farming, construction, exploration and dungeon combat.
Steam PvE Survival Crafting Fest 2026 began on August 31 and will run until September 7.
