The long-awaited sequel Subnautica 2 has delivered impressive results on its very first day in early access.
According to official information from the developers, more than 1 million copies of the game were sold within the first 24 hours after launch. At the same time, the project is showing massive activity on Steam and other platforms.
At the time of writing, the game had reached 467,582 concurrent players. This number far exceeds the peak player count of the original Subnautica, which recorded 51,156 concurrent players eight years ago.
