The first-ever EA Sports FC Pro Mobile 2026 Mid-Season Playoffs esports tournament has kicked off, taking place in an offline format in Bangkok, Thailand. The competition is held at Kantana Studio from August 6 to 9, 2026. This A-Tier tournament for the mobile game EA SPORTS FC Mobile is organized by EA.
The championship features 24 players who earned their spots through open qualifiers and regional leagues. Thailand has the largest representation at the tournament with 5 esports athletes. Players from Brazil (3 representatives), China (2), Mexico (2), South Korea (2), and Vietnam (2) are also competing for the title of the best. Additionally, the tournament's geography is expanded by 8 more esports athletes, with one representative each from Egypt, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Morocco, Serbia, and Turkey.
The competition is played in a standard 1v1 format and begins with the group stage. The participants are divided into 4 groups of 6 players, where they play a single round-robin in a Best-of-two format. For each win, a player receives 3 points, and a draw grants 1 point. The top two players from each group advance to the playoffs.
The playoffs will feature a single-elimination bracket among the top eight. Matches will be played in a Best-of-five format. The decisive Grand Final, which will determine the tournament champion, will be played in a Best-of-seven format on August 9, 2026.
The total prize pool for the tournament is $100,000 USD. In addition to the cash prize, the top eight players of the tournament will secure spots at the first-ever FC Pro Mobile 26 World Championship.
